In the area of Sibillini mountains you will find numerous bovine, pork or game delicacies.
If you prefer cured meats and cheeses you can taste the pecorino of the Sibillini Mountains, the salami of Fabriano and that of Matelica, and the ciauscolo, just to name a few. There are many types of pasta recipes, but perhaps one of them prevail: the vincisgrassi of Macerata. Typical recipes of the Marches are really too many to mention them all here.
